After graduating from Bilkent University Industrial Engineering Department, Can Selçuki received his master’s degree in Economics and Social Sciences from Bocconi University.
He is currently the General Manager of Istanbul Economics Research, which is engaged in market research and big data analysis.
Prior to that, he worked as an economist at the World Bank Ankara office for 4 years.
During this duty, he worked in the field of increasing competitiveness in Turkey and Azerbaijan with the public and private sectors. In this context, it focuses on regional development, competition and innovation policies.
Before joining the World Bank, he worked as an economist at the Center for European Policy Studies (CEPS) based in Brussels for 3 years.
He has articles and reports on trade competitiveness, regional competition and innovation policies in Turkey.
