Cevdet İnci Eğitim Vakfı Güç Kaynağı

İzmir Özel Amerikan Lisesi’nden 1995 yılında, Dokuz Eylül Üniversitesi Mimarlık Bölümü’nden 1999 yılında mezun olmuştur. 2001’de Milano Scuola Politecnica di Design İç Mimarlık Master Programını, 2012’de Harvard Business School Program for Leadership Development Programını tamamlamıştır.

Kariyerine, FormaDesign, Milano’da Tasarımcı/Ortak olarak başlamış, 2005-2011 yılları arasında KonKur İnşaat A.Ş. (İnci Holding A.Ş.)’de çeşitli pozisyonlarda devam etmiştir. 2012 yılında İKSV (İstanbul Kültür Sanat Vakfı) ilk İstanbul Tasarım Bienali’nin organizasyonunda çalışan Ürkmez, 2013-2022 döneminde İnci Holding Yönetim Kurulu Üyesi olarak görev yapmıştır. İnci Holding’ de  halen Aday Belirleme ve Ödüllendirme Komitesi Başkanlığı, Sürdürülebilirlik Komitesi ve Etik Kurul üyelikleri ile sorumlulukları devam etmekte, Cevdet İnci Eğitim Vakfı’nda “Güç Kaynağı” ünvanıyla Yönetim Kurulu Başkanlığı’nı sürdürmektedir.

Ece Elbirlik Ürkmez, TEİD (Türkiye Etik ve İtibar Derneği) ve EGİAD (Ege Genç İş İnsanları Derneği) YK Üyesi ,  İzmir Mimarlar Odası, TAİDER (Türkiye Aile İşletmeleri Derneği), KYSKD (Kadın Yelkenciler Spor Kulübü Derneği) üyesi, TARKEM (Tarihi Kemeraltı İnşaat Yat.) Teknik Kurul üyesi, ve JCI İzmir (Junior Chamber International) Senatörü’dür. Hepsinden önemlisi bir eş ve bir çocuk annesidir.
